STHLM

A Cultural Home for Modern Women - Shaped by Women

The House

The Cultural Foundation of The Circle

The House is the framework for how The Circle is shaped — and the values that shape everything we do.

On the origin of the House

The Pillars of the House

Identity

Understanding the paths, experiences, and roots that have shaped us.

Identity in The Circle is not about labels or surface. It is about where you come from, what you carry with you, and how your experiences shape

Inclusion

We have all moved through spaces where we didn’t quite fit in. The Circle was created to end that experience.

Whether you are new to the city, without a sense of belonging, or simply seeking something more grounded — this is a place where we meet with shared intent.

Belonging

A place where we find each other.

Belonging is not instant. It is built through continuity — returning, being seen, and meeting again.

Culture

How we meet, speak, and share.

The culture of The Circle is shaped by how we communicate — in conversations around the table.

When women meet with shared intent, something close takes form.

The Red Letter

When the first Circle Meet was arranged via Instagram Stories, 37 women responded yes to receiving an invitation and attending. The response from the invited women was immediate and instinctive — carried by a clear sense of anticipation for the evening.

The Red Letter was born from a desire to make the invitation personal. To ensure that every Meet invite felt intentional.

Every Circle Meet begins with the Red Letter.

Before each Circle Meet, the letter is sent through the House’s channels to the members attending.

The letter includes:

  • a personal greeting
  • time and location
  • the number of women attending
  • the intention of the evening
